Over the summer there was an incredible lineup of artists and shows in the Houston area including Twenty One Pilots, Guns N’ Roses, Sublime, and many more. Even though school is back in session, concerts are still making their way to Houston for brief and glorious breaks in between the hours of school and homework. Some music to expect in the Houston area within the next couple of months includes:

Goo Goo Dolls: Sept. 8 @ Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion

Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas: Sept. 9 @ Toyota Center

Beyoncé: Sept. 22 NRG

Luke Bryan: Oct. 20 @ Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion

Evanescence: Nov. 5 @ Revention Music center

Black Sabbath: Nov. 10 @ Toyota Center

If Austin isn’t out of your reach, then I highly recommend Austin City Limits, as well. The lineup this year looks incredible and includes music from Radiohead, Cold War Kids, Kendrick Lamar, the Chainsmokers, Cage the Elephant, Mumford and Sons, and many more.
