NEWSPAPER SPONSORSHIP ORDER FORM

Order forms and payment must be dropped off in Room 1866 or enclosed in an envelope and dropped off at the front desk of the school for Ms. Negri. Forms may also be filled out and emailed to [email protected]. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Money order, business check, or cash ONLY.

Sponsorships must be received by Sept. 19 to be included on the sponsor shirt.
